Description
catgirl is a terminal based IRC client proposing features such as:
- Tab complete, Split scroll, URL detection, Nick coloring,
Topic diffing, Ignore
But won't implement so called "non-features" as:
- Dynamic configuration, Multi-network, Reconnection, CTCP,
Cleartext IRC
