Description
"ExtUtils::CppGuess" attempts to guess the system's C++ compiler that is
compatible with the C compiler that your perl was built with.
It can generate the necessary options to the Module::Build constructor
or to ExtUtils::MakeMaker's "WriteMakefile" function.
