static web mail archive generator

Description
smarc is a collection of scripts to generate a static mail archive from
a given Maildir. It also optionally provides a FastCGI server to allow
searching in the archive, powered by a sqlite3 database.
The setup process is documented in smarc(7).

Ports list build and test dependencies as well as runtime dependencies. pkg_add selects those needed for installation.
