Description
Plugin "Stroke/shadow/glow":
this creates an outline of the layer, adds a shadow to it
and optionally uses an external image as the source for the light.
Important: the plugin shows up in "Tools/GEGL operation..." and not
in "Filters/Artistic" as you would expect from the code.
